CPS was the Parking Garage Specialist on the construction of this six story 550 space precast parking structure which included retail space and access to the adjoining new apartment complex at each parking level.

CPS performed all concrete construction which included five foot thick pile caps & grade beam foundations, ramp & perimeter cast in place walls, slab on grade, concrete washes, crossovers, & topping slabs on the precast structure, and all site work curbs & sidewalks. CPS also performed all precast & cast in place sealant installations, and the installation of expansion joints, traffic bearing membrane coating system, & penetrating sealer.
