CPS was the Parking Garage Specialist on the construction of this pedestal post-tension beam & slab concrete structure and concrete slab on grade parking garage on which the new hotel was to be built.

CPS performed the structural excavation, concrete grade-beams & spread footings, backfill, sub-base, retaining walls, site concrete work, slab on grade slabs, and the elevated pedestal post-tension beams & 18” thick post-tension slabs. CPS made concrete pours in excess of 500 cubic yards to meet the schedule and post-tension requirements. CPS installed all sealants, expansion joints, below grade waterproofing, penetrating sealer, and traffic bearing membrane on the Project.
