This parking structure serves hospital visitor and employee parking. Built adjacent to the hospital, it encompasses more than 250,000 square feet on ten levels and accommodates 1,000 vehicles.

CPS Construction Group was the successful bidder on this $2.4 million dollar garage restoration project. Because of the magnitude of repairs, the work was phased over a two-year period and consisted of the following:

• Remove existing traffic membrane
• Full-depth concrete slab replacement
• Partial-depth floor repairs
• Beam, column & ceiling repairs
• Epoxy injection, crack repair & caulking.
• Install heavy-duty traffic membrane

Our detailed approach to phasing and coordination enabled us to complete this project on schedule, even though the estimated concrete repair quantities increased considerably.
