As the Design Build Contractor on this Project, CPS assembled a highly qualified, experienced team to develop a cost-effective Parking Garage Design for the City of Medina that incorporated the essential architectural elements required by the City’s Historical Board. The new garage will function as an essential element for Downtown growth during day-to-day activities, as well as during Medina’s Historic Main Street District Events throughout the year.

CPS is responsible for the structural excavation, concrete spread footings and grade-beams, backfill, sub-base, storm water retention system, retaining walls, slab-on-grade slabs, columns, elevated post-tensioned deck and beams, crash walls, all site concrete work, cable barrier systems, sealants, expansion joints, and traffic bearing coating system, providing 215 Parking Stalls over 73,000 SF. The structure also includes key architectural elements such as masonry stair towers with glass enclosures, masonry exterior parapets, electrical & plumbing systems, storage and office spaces, and a vaulted canopy structure connecting the Parking Garage to City Hall.

"The work completed by CPS and your sub-contractors was impressive, and the cooperation exhibited by all members of your team throughout construction was appreciated."
