Having previously worked with the City of Jamestown and Abate Engineering, CPS Construction Group was invited to submit a quotation, and was ultimately the successful bidder on this fast-tracked restoration. The garage repair work consisted of the following:

• Remove existing traffic membrane
• Full-depth concrete slab replacement
• Structural column, beam and wall façade repairs
• Cathodic Protection
• Apply carbon fiber to structural beams
• Replace stairtowers
• Crack repair, caulking & epoxy injection
• Install heavy duty traffic membrane
